Chad and Liana, the couple and the creative minds behind KidKrawl. As parents to an energetic 4-year-old, they understood the universal quest for meaningful family outings that not only entertain but educate.
Liana, armed with a master’s in childhood education is the educational force behind KidKrawl. Her expertise in early child development ensures that each adventure is not just entertaining but also a rich learning experience that sparks curiosity and growth.
Chad brings to the table his entrepreneurial spirit having owned businesses in the food, drink , and tourism industry. With KidKrawl, he extends this passion to families, offering them a unique way to explore their surroundings and make every outing an event to remember.
Together, they devised KidKrawl as a response to the age-old parental conundrum: “What can we do today?” Their adventures encourage families to get out of the house and into their local area, transforming everyday locations into stages for mystery-solving and treasure hunting. Each KidKrawl adventure supports local small businesses, guiding families to hidden gems in their community where kids receive goodies, from books to treats, enriching the experience and fostering a sense of connection with their local environment.

Liana is the educational force behind Kid Krawl. Her passion for young children is what earned her a B.S. and M.Ed in Early Childhood Education and Child & Family Studies. Her expertise in child development ensures that each adventure is not just entertaining but also a rich learning experience that sparks curiosity and growth. Growing up in Newton, MA, Liana is thrilled to launch the first Kid Krawl in her hometown!
Chad brings his entrepreneurial spirit, having owned businesses in the food, drink, and tourism industry. With Kid Krawl, Chad extends this passion to families, offering them a unique way to explore their surroundings and make every outing an event to remember. Chad’s love of dogs inspired the Kid Krawl mascot, Olly!
Kid Krawl is dedicated to the Brodsky family’s dog, Oliver, who passed away in January 2024.
Chad and Liana love thinking of exciting and educational activities to do with their 4 year old daughter, Ayla. They especially love supporting local businesses and exploring new communities!
